Kelli Finglass, born Kelli McGonagill on December 30, 1964, is an American cheerleading director and former cheerleader. She is best known for her long-standing role as the Director of the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders (DCC), a position she has held since 1991. Finglass was a member of the DCC from 1984 to 1989 and was the first cheerleader to be invited back for a fifth season without auditioning. After retiring from cheerleading, she became the assistant director in 1989 and later transitioned to sales and promotions before becoming the director. As director, she is credited with expanding the DCC brand through various ventures, including corporate sponsorships, calendars, merchandise, and television appearances. She also served as an executive producer for the CMT reality series ‘Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders: Making the Team’ from 2006 to 2021. Finglass attended Texas Christian University and the University of North Texas, where she earned a degree in international marketing. She is married to Joel Finglass and has two children.
