Before achieving fame with Buckcherry, Josh Todd was the frontman for the Hollywood rock band Slamhound. Slamhound was signed to Skydoor Records. Other Musical Ventures
In 2003, Josh Todd formed TODD Entertainment, LLC, and released his solo album, “You Made Me”, in 2004. The album was produced by Chris Johnson (known for his work with Evanescence and Masters of Reality) and mixed by Rob Chiarelli (who has worked with Madonna and Public Enemy). In January 2003, Todd entered into a Management Agreement with Todd A. Meagher, pursuant to which Meagher agreed to provide services as a personal manager in connection with Todd’s activities as an artist. In June 2003, Todd and Meagher decided to replace their existing Management Agreement with a new agreement, entering into an Operating Agreement that called for jointly establishing and operating a new California Limited Liability Company to be known as TODD ENTERTAINMENT, LLC.
