After nearly two decades of successful operations, Utendahl sold his firm to Williams Capital Group in 2010. He later served as Vice Chairman at Deutsche Bank Americas and as Executive Vice Chairman of Global Corporate and Investment Banking at Bank of America. He retired from Bank of America in February 2023. Utendahl earned a B.B.A. from Long Island University and an M.B.A. from Columbia University’s Graduate School of Business.
