Justin Paul Tucker, born on November 21, 1989, is an American professional football placekicker for the Baltimore Ravens of the National Football League (NFL). He played college football for the Texas Longhorns and signed with the Ravens as an undrafted free agent in 2012. Often regarded as one of the greatest placekickers ever, Tucker holds the NFL record for the longest field goal at 66 yards and career field goal percentage at 89.1%. He has also been named to seven Pro Bowls and five first-team All-Pros, and was a member of the Ravens team that won Super Bowl XLVII. Tucker attended Westlake High School in Austin, where he played as a wide receiver, safety, and placekicker. For college, Tucker went to the University of Texas at Austin, where he played four seasons of college football with the Longhorns from 2008 to 2011. He finished his career there with an 83.3% field-goal conversion percentage, the third-best in Texas program history. Although originally a communications major, Tucker switched to music and learned to sing opera in many different languages.
